These terms govern your use of Dr Derma (the website and the AI advisor “Dr. Derma”), operated by Asva AI. By using Dr Derma you agree to them.

What Dr Derma is

Dr Derma ranks Indian D2C skincare and haircare products and links you to each brand’s own store. We are a discovery and recommendation service — we do not sell products, hold inventory, or process payments. Every purchase happens directly on the brand’s own store, under that brand’s terms.

Not medical advice

Our rankings, scores, and the AI advisor are for general information to help you compare products. They are not medical, dermatological, or professional advice, and no doctor-patient relationship is created. For any skin or health concern, consult a qualified professional. Always patch-test and read a product’s own label and ingredients before use.

Accuracy of information

Scores are AI-generated from public reviews, expert content, and studies. Prices, discounts, and availability are gathered on a best-effort basis and can change at any time — always confirm the final price and details on the brand’s store before buying. Rankings are our opinion and may change as data updates.

Third-party stores & links

When you click “Buy” you leave Dr Derma for a third-party brand store (the link carries a utm_source attribution tag). We are not responsible for those stores, their products, prices, orders, shipping, returns, or content. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; we reference them for identification only.

Acceptable use

Use Dr Derma for personal, lawful product research. Don’t scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or the AI advisor, and don’t submit unlawful or harmful content.

Intellectual property

The Dr Derma site, rankings, and original content are owned by Asva AI. You may view and share links for personal use.

No warranty; limitation of liability

Dr Derma is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asva AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from any third-party store or product.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
